Michael is Active Duty Air Force, getting his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Cambridge and Suzy is Real Estate Professional and has a background in project management and finance.
They acquired their first asset in Tulsa, OK (88 units) in Feb of 2021, their second of 100 units in July 2021, 3rd - 8 units in August 2021, and 4th and 5th - 192 units in October 2021. They passively invest in 2 deals, 1 multifamily, and 1 ATM deal.
