Real Estate took over Dan's CRM agency in 2014, after already helping his clients make tens of millions in online revenue, and then helping an Ohio firm make tens of millions more from Taiwan.

While the investment wing flipped ten houses each month, he learned how his boss could afford to pay him, but knew that losing the local advantage made it a non-starter.
