Jaideep graduated from USC with a Bachelors degree in Business and graduated from Colorado State University with his MBA.

He was a Risk Consultant at a traditional corporate accounting firm for over 6 years before making the jump to be an independent consultant, helping companies across the world with management consulting, risk management, financial analysis, and modeling out commercial real estate investments.

Now, he is a RE syndicator through Inner Circle Capital and a Capital Advisor at StackSource, where he helps investors optimize their capital stack through debt and equity financing.
