He's an accredited investor investing in multifamily apartments (1,250+ doors) retail strip mall, 1 Townhouse to Condo conversion (28 units), 1 Single Family Rental Portfolio Fund (250 homes), 1 ground up Multi-Family Fund (100 doors), and a medical office building, land development near the new Tesla factory in Austin, storage in Charlotte NC, GP/LP 66 Condos in Charleston SC, and GP/LP 167 apartments Corpus Christi TX, 75 Doors Nexus Urban Living San Antonio TX.
