Michael Bull from Bull Realty has brokered over $5 Billion worth of commercial real estate transactions. Michael hadn't always been that successful. He started his business managing apartments at 18 and then received his real estate license at 19.
Michael discusses that there a lot of buyers and fewer sellers; the buyers need to get Michael's attention. When you present an offer, you should include a letter of interest (LOI). To get even a bigger step ahead, you should FedEx an earnest money deposit. You want to be the buyer who gives Michael the best chance of closing on the property. Who is not going to waste his time?
