For Phillip, there isn’t much he hasn’t seen, so creativity and care are his go-to when it comes to buying houses and helping families solve one of their biggest problems... selling their house to help transition them to a senior living care facility. 

When Phillip is qualifying leads, he wants to make sure the individual wants to sell, has built equity, and their house needs improvement. Given his strict criteria, Phillip only needs to speak to twelve qualified leads per month to ensure he stays in business. Phillip realized he doesn't want to spend hours every day cold calling leads and wanted to simplify the process by making sure he has an accurate picture of his best lead. 

Phillip has found his blue ocean and encourages every investor who is looking to begin to choose your market and your niche and stick with it because there are a lot of ways to make money for yourself in real estate if you just focus.
