Investing In Short-Term Rentals with Sue Hough
Sue Hough is passionate about everything construction and has been for the past 25 years. This new home experience blends a picture-perfect landscape with upscale, eco-friendly homes, tree houses, a clubhouse with office spaces, and fabulous natural amenities. In addition, she offers one on one project management and is launching a new live online course teaching every detail necessary for a successful ground-up home project. Her investment strategy has encompassed everything from fix and flips to ground-up development.
Sue has been a Residential Builder in the Chicago Market for over 20 years and the Founder of August James Ltd., a customer-driven Design-Build firm. As a women-owned business, Sue is part of a large network of women entrepreneurs who support the collective growth, advancement, and support of fellow women. Sue has been a national speaker sharing her knowledge at such events as; Bigger Pockets Conference Nashville 2019, Midwest Real Estate Networking Summit 2019 Chicago and Wize Women Conference 2021 (virtual), contributing writer/blog contributor for Bigger Pockets, REWBCON 2022, and many podcasts.
